Screening quality fabrics
The Heeshoon line of sauna tents, stoves and other sauna gear are made only from quality raw materials. Quality controllers determine the quality and cleanliness of our fabrics, PVC sheets and other components. The testing process includes: tensile tests, UV tests, water pressure tests and rain tests.
Tension test
We will test the tension of the selected material, confirm the maximum tension of different materials, and statistical classification of whether it is affected under different environment and use requirements, to help you better find the fabric you need
Ultraviolet test
The UV test of the product is to understand the weather resistance and performance of the product, which helps to understand the service life and performance of the product
Hydrostatic test
We will apply water pressure to simulate different degrees of rain or water pressure environment, so as to check whether the tent fabric can effectively prevent water penetration.
Rain test
The rain cover we produce will be tested in the rain to ensure the initial waterproof performance of the product and increase the reliability of the product outdoors
